On June 2, 1997, several members of the Napa High Senior Class were attending senior day at the Waterworld Waterslides in Concord, California.
One of the waterslides collapsed, causing serious injuries to numerous members of the senior class. Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook represented several of those students in this litigation. All of their cases were settled prior to trial.
