Andy helped guide us through the most difficult time of our lives and I’m not sure how we would have gotten through without him.

My wife and I hired Andy Schwartz after our 5 year old son lost his life due to the negligence of others in 2009. Early after our son’s passing, when we couldn’t see through the numbing trauma and fog-like grief that accompanies the loss of a child, Andy was there to look out for our best interests. He did everything in his power to support my family and me, to help us make sense of what happened to our son, and to demand that those responsible for his death be held accountable for their actions. From the very beginning, Andy acted with integrity, consideration, and respect for our wishes and needs and our son’s memory. He supported and counseled us through every step of what is a heartbreaking and overwhelming process: from investigating the circumstances that led to our son’s death and interpreting the police report of the incident, to helping us deal with media coverage and finally representing our family in court. Andy helped guide us through the most difficult time of our lives and I’m not sure how we would have gotten through without him.
